TDAC documents are issued no earlier than 7 days prior to your arrival in Thailand.
You are responsible for double-checking all details in your TDAC PDF. We are not responsible for entry issues due to incorrect data.
It is recommended to apply at least 7 days ahead of your travel date to avoid any delays.
If you make changes to the TDAC form yourself or use the official government portal after applying through us, you are not eligible for a refund.
If your application is denied, you may reapply through another platform or contact a Thai embassy or consulate.
All information you submit must be accurate. We are not responsible for denied entry due to false or incorrect data.
A TDAC does not guarantee entry into Thailand. Final approval is always at the discretion of Thai immigration officers.
This agreement and process are governed under English language terms.

We are not responsible for any issues or damages caused by:

Events beyond our control (force majeure)

We are not liable for denied entry or any lost benefits resulting from immigration decisions.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service.
Our services are accessible for at least 90% of the calendar year.
Planned maintenance and uncontrollable events (e.g., force majeure) are excluded from this uptime guarantee.

We use both technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information.

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the provisions will remain fully effective and binding.
